Carbohydrates, proteins, and nucleic acids are the three domains of the atom chain. The small molecules are what link the large biological molecules together. Carbohydrates are created by carbon, oxygen, hydrogen linking together which form polysaccharides. The chain is called a polymer, which is a small molecule. Carbon, oxygen, hydrogen, and nitrogen unite and form amino acids. The Amino acids then produce proteins. Also when carbon, oxygen, hydrogen, and nitrogen unite combined with sugars it becomes nucleotide molecule. The nucleotide molecule then produces DNA and RNA. Carbon, oxygen, and hydrogen united together then form fatty acids. The fatty acids produce glycerol, and this is how lipids are formed. All three domains of that create an atom are living organisms that bond with each other to create organic compounds that produce the chains that release the carbohydrates, proteins, and nucleic acids. Modern Day Fairytale Essay

Once upon a time there were three brothers that lived with their parents in a big house for their first 22 years of their lives. Their names were Peter, a rocker, Jax, a pretty boy who only wanted to party, wear expensive clothes and drive fast cars and Brian, the big, responsible brother. Only Brian went to college to study and get his degree. Brian was the only one to get a good job. Peter just preferred to sing in his heavy metal’s band and Jax preferred to go out to parties, buy designer clothes he couldn’t afford and sleep around. When was the Peter’s Birthday, their parents went to buy a guitar-shaped cake as a surprise. Unfortunately, they were hit by a drunk driver and they died in the car accident. So, the 3 â€Å"little† boys decided to sell the house, and with the money they went to a lot of parties and clubs. Two months later they came to the realization that they really needed a house. So, with the money that they still had left over, they went to buy materials to build their own. They decided to build their three new homes in the local village. The village was peaceful with nice neighbors, very quiet with large parks and fountains. The village was perfect, but with one exception†¦in the forest next to the village lived a local politician who was incredibly greedy and very harsh with the restrictions and taxes. Peter decided to build a cabin, because he was very lazy. The cabin only took him a week to finish it. When Peter finished his cabin, he started to play his electric guitar, to scream and to shake the head jumping. Meanwhile Jax decided to build a designer ski cabin (even though it never snowed in their village). Since he too was very lazy, he hired a group of builders to build his house for him. Two weeks later, the group of builders finished the house, and Jax started to celebrate by throwing parties every night in his house. Brian on the other hand wasn’t lazy at all! He started to build his house on the weekends and in his spare time when he wasn’t working. He finished in 3 years. Meanwhile, his brothers visited him in a lot of occasions, telling him â€Å"Yo Brian! Stop working so hard. Come out and party with us!† But, Brian always said, â€Å"No, stupid, a house takes time and effort. Since I am taking my time, my house will be the best!† A few weeks later when Brian finished his house, Peter and Jax had already spent all their money on parties, food and clothes. So, when the property tax was due, they couldn’t pay it. The local politician visited the Peter’s house first for the payment. Peter said: â€Å"I didn’t have money to pay you, go away and give me a bit of time!† But the Politician said: â€Å"Too bad for you! Pay me or I am going to seize your house!† Peter was evicted the next day and his house was seized. When Peter came to Jax’s house, the Politician was visiting him already, too, demanding the property tax payment. Big brother, Brian showed up just in the nick of time carrying a large bag full of money and he gave it to the politician. When the agent grabbed the bag and looked into it, he smiled a big smile and left! Peter and Jax were totally confused. They asked to their big brother, Brian, â€Å"How is possible that you still had all that money?† Brian replied â€Å"because I know that two would end up wasting all of the money. So, I took the bulk of the inheritance from our parents and invested it over the past couple of years. The stock market has been performing well and we got lucky. The measures to be taken would help the company in keeping abreast with trends emerging in the business field. Additionally, they would enhance consolidation of information and improvement in communication. Disagree However, the steps undertaken by the new information officer to enhance information technology failed to adhere to customer specifications and instead concentrated on the technicalities of the business which would increase sales in a short period. All the methodology put in place including an increased budget failed to earn the company the profits it had anticipated. This implies that the systems put in place were more operations based than customer tailored, a factor I disagree with. With new IT systems in place the diagnosis of problems in all divisions of the company was ultimately made easier but failure to link them with their customers proved fatal for the company, which eventually made losses. Recommendation The proposed solutions were both impressive but I agree with that of customer relationship management. This is because in this kind of industry that is mainly service oriented, satisfaction of consumers is what matters the most. Getting closer to the consumer provides an opportunity to better understand their needs and derive the best ways to meet these needs. In the end, the provision of quality service is what attracts more customers to any product thus the need to enforce good customer relationship before taking other measures to increase company sales. Du Pont Opinion Du Pont is a manufacturing company, which was among the first in its time to implement Artificial Intelligence in its operations. This article focuses on how the Du Pont Company implemented a new information systems strategy that was largely criticized for its target of smaller systems which people considered a waste of resources. Artificial intelligence was an emerging management system at the time and its implementation was definitely a brilliant move given its numerous benefits. The main challenge, which was also a cause of disagreement among the proprietors of the project, was whether to begin with the small systems or the larger systems. Agree With regard to information technology, dealing with smaller systems is often a better option as it provides a better way to gather information as opposed to the larger systems. Despite it being expensive, the results are always impressive. In the case of Du Pont, it served its intended purpose of managing the employees, putting in place better systems, processing and scheduling applications and sourcing for new technology. Had they concentrated on larger systems, I doubt that the same efficiency would be guaranteed or that the momentum of the project would be progressive although it was a cheaper option. Disagree On the other hand, I think that the company should not have implemented the strategy in such an extensive manner. New systems, which have not been tried and proven efficient, are risky to put in practice because of the possibilities of failure that it presents. Such large tasks should not just be based on the implementer’s impressive record of accomplishment hence there should have been room for trials and errors before actually launching the full project. Although it was successful, future considerations have to be made regarding its sustainability. Recommendation Alternatively, the project should have been implemented in small doses to allow evaluations to be made on its success and suggestions made to improve it. This will prevent challenges such as maintenance from emerging because they would have been dealt with during the first stages of implementation.
